Established in 1987 by owner Dean Myers, CSC is built on strong Christian principles. Our corporate philosophy states that the customer is the lifeblood of our business. We believe that customer satisfaction is the ultimate measure of quality, and we conduct our business with the highest moral and ethical principles to earn the trust and respect of every client.

Owners
Dean Myers, President of CSC
Dean’s design/build experience spans 40 years and includes extensive knowledge of real estate acquisition and land usage. His industry expertise and close relationship with the banking industry have led CSC to become a successful full-service construction company.
Cathie Myers, CFO and Administrative Vice President
Cathie brings over 25 years of experience in all aspects of construction administration and accounting. Her systematic approach also enables her to handle business development, public relations and personnel for CSC.
CSC Staff
Josh Klehm, Project Manager
Josh acts as the liaison between owners and engineers/architects in the building process and ensures that CSC delivers a quality product to the owner.
Maria Caraballo, Asset Manager
Maria handles all banking relationships, secures financing, and facilitates all closings.
Dawn Miller, Accounting/Lease Administrator for GA & ND
Dawn handles all tenant and subcontractor relationships for both Georgia and North Dakota.

Bryan Campbell, Construction Manager
After many years on our GA team, Bryan now manages all aspects of construction in North Dakota.
Beau Bruce, Project Manager
Beau brings 35 years of construction experiance to CSC. He works closely with the on-site construction crews to keep projects on-time and under budget.
Matthew Zieg, PE, Civil Engineer
Matthew licensed professional engineer in the States of Georgia and North Dakota. He has been in the land development field for 13 years and supports the project managers and construction staff on projects in progress.
Scott McKenzie, Construction Superintendant
Scott is working as the site work superintendant in North Dakota. He coordinates all the grading and utility work on individual sites as well as the overall industrial park.
